Kenneth Eugene Lefever

Kenneth Eugene Lefever, 67, of Woodland passed away Nov. 22, 2023.

He was born Feb. 2, 1956, in Vancouver to James and Betty (Smith) Lefever and attended Woodland High School.

On May 15, 1976, he married his wife Debra.

Ken was a timber faller for 30 years, and worked for the Woodland School District for 13 years as a custodian and groundskeeper before retiring in 2021.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, taking his dog and granddaughter to the river, spending time with family and helping others. Ken was loving, kind, gentle, humorous, and strong-willed.

Survivors include is wife of 47 years, Debra Lefever; two children, Christopher Lefever and Shaylyn Lefever, both in Idaho; a granddaughter, Jacquelyn Lefever in Idaho; three brothers, Danny Lefever in Idaho, Jimmy Lefever of Vancouver, Wash., and Jonny Lefever of Woodland; and a sister, Rochelle Boe of Vancouver.

A memorial service will be held at Woodland High School Saturday January 13, 2024, at 1pm  .

Final arrangements have been entrusted to Woodland Funeral Home.
